The hotel was a gem with fantastic rooms but a somewhat underwhelming dining experience. The service was exceptional, and the location couldn't be more convenient. The facilities were top-notch, adding great value to the stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, close to the Convention Centre and with easy access to tram stops, plus some fantastic cafes nearby like Peter Rabbit for top-notch coffee. The rooms are good, though the outdated TVs are a bit slow for my taste. The service was exceptional, especially at the reception desk, where they provided top-notch customer service even in challenging situations. Dining wasn’t included in our rate, but I did enjoy some tasty toasted sandwiches during my stay.
